Position Highlights: Collegial multi-specialty group practice with a large referral base Focus on team-based care Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems Full complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care Onsite and remote opportunities available Work-life balance supported through flexible scheduling and efficient workflows Flexible onsite and remote reading opportunity to support lifestyle needs Primary Responsibilities: The radiology department covers multiple imaging sites in the tri-state region where our Radiologists work cohesively to provide high quality and timely interpretations Offering state of the art image guided procedures including all types of breast biopsies, thyroid biopsies, fluoroscopy, joint steroid injections, and arthrograms Our radiology department offers high quality equipment, PACS and efficient automated dictation templates Home workstations allow flexibility, improved quality of life and better coverage for our urgent cares As a part of a large multi-specialty group, we have one dedicated EMR with additional sharing technology, our team communicates effortlessly within our department and with our referring colleagues both in and outside of the organization What makes an Optum organization different? Required Qualifications: Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process Board Certification or board eligibility in Radiology Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $442,500 - $748,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
