*Minimum Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited or state‑approved practical nursing program
* Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
* Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience (home care experience preferred)
* Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
* Successful completion of the NAPNES medication exam or equivalent prior to medication administration
