You will oversee full-cycle placements while fostering robust partnerships with clients. With some of the industry's highest commission rates , your earnings will be a direct reflection of the value you provide. Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closure.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner, grasping their unique hiring necessities, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Source and Engage Talent through our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and our exclusive communication tools.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to oversee candidates, track correspondence, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that generate lasting value for clients and high commissions for yourself.
- Participate in Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand-and yours.
