We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative!

Already have automotive sales experience? Bring it with you. If you know how to work a customer, build trust, and close a deal, we want to put your experience to work.

New to sales or automotive? That’s okay, too. If you’re confident, competitive, personable, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you what you need to know to become successful in the business.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Think customers, cars, conversations, and opportunities! Every day is a little different, but you’ll be busy making things happen.

As an Automotive Sales Representative , you’ll:

• Meet and connect with customers — learn what they’re looking for and make them feel welcome.
• Show vehicles and take test drives — help customers explore their options and find the right fit.
• Follow up with customers — answer questions, stay connected, and keep opportunities moving.
• Work toward your goals — challenge yourself, improve your skills, and work toward becoming a top performer.
• Build relationships — create a great experience that keeps customers coming back to you.
• Work as a team — learn from each other, support your teammates, and celebrate the wins.

Qualifications:

What Makes You a Good Fit?

Good news — you don’t need to be a car expert! We can teach you about the cars. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and wants to succeed.

There’s Just One Must-Have:

• A valid driver’s license — absolutely required!
