Contract Project Manager: Lead Vendors & Compliance

About The Role We're looking for a Project Management Consultant-Level 2 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. You will have experience leading the execution of multiple projects in parallel, with an emphasis on contractor‑led delivery and coordination. Key Responsibilities This role requires demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors, drive schedule and cost control, and coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to achieve on‑time, high‑quality execution. The consultant is expected to proactively manage risks and issues, maintain clear and consistent project reporting, and produce leadership‑ready status updates and documentation. Qualifications Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills. Familiarity with regulated environments and NERC compliance practices, including audit‑ready documentation, is preferred.
