Pay : $16.60 - $18.50 per hour
Shift : Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Location : Wapakoneta & St. Marys, Ohio

Are you looking for a hands-on position with steady hours and growth opportunities? We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with tools and equipment, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
Pin gauge and visually inspect parts for quality defects
Load parts by hand into machines and monitor production output
Place completed parts into tubs and containers for processing
Use pallet jacks to move completed skids to designated locations
Load and unload materials, products, and equipment
Assist with assembly, packaging, and sorting of materials
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Support warehouse, manufacturing, and production operations
Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required
Maintain professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management
Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
Perform all duties in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical demands and hours may vary based on production needs

Qualifications

Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Experience using pallet jacks is helpful but not required
