Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) registered nurse (RN) for a travel position in Plano, Texas. The role involves working in a busy surgical unit with a focus on orthopedic, neurological/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Plano, TX
• Shift Duration: 12 hours (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM) on Wednesdays to Fridays
• Schedule: 10 and 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, experience in operating room settings, familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system, and proficiency in orthopedic, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and trauma procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, trauma, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit operates 24/7 and maintains staffing during weekends and on-call hours. The role involves working in a high-acuity surgical environment with a team of over 85 staff members.
