Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Acute Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation settings. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one therapy treatments to patients while ensuring quality care and rehabilitation outcomes. This role requires effective communication with the healthcare team and proper documentation of treatments and progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as indicated.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in conducting modified barium swallow studies is an advantage.
