Front of House Manager - Location TBD

The Front-of-House Manager (FOHM) plays a vital leadership role in bringing the Spinato’s Experience to life for both our guests and our team.The FOHM is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced, guest-facing role. This position requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and a passion for service and team development. You’ll inspire our team to thrive, and your leadership will help shape a space where both team and guests feel a sense of belonging.Key Responsibilities:Lead, support, and motivate all FOH staff during service periods, cultivating a positive, high-performing team cultureMaintain all FOH staff scheduling and conduct timely performance reviewsHire and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with Spinato’s values and guest service standardsExecute FOH training, development plans, and team meetings to foster ongoing growthOversee FOH inventory, ordering, and receiving processesOpen and close the restaurant as scheduled, upholding operational excellenceAct as General Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for operations and leadershipManage VCDs, DSRs, payroll, and financial tasks as neededUphold all FOH cleaning, sanitation, and alcohol management protocolsEnsure cash handling and POS procedures are completed with accuracy and integrityAddress and resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on creating memorable outcomesMaintain an organized office and ensure all checklists and operational forms are currentAssist with other responsibilities as assigned by the General ManagerQualifications & Skills:2–3 years of restaurant management experience preferredCurrent ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Strong understanding of food and beverage service, sanitation, and guest hospitalityFamiliarity with POS systems, time edits, labor and P&L metrics, and close-out processesAble to lead and support all FOH roles when neededEffective communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skillsCalm under pressure, detail-oriented, organized, and self-drivenCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working a full shift on your feetCommitted to excellence, growth, and living our values dailyManagement Benefits:Paid Time Off / Holidays / Volunteer Time Off401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% (after 1 year)Paid health insurance (85% medical, 100% dental & vision)Annual Employee Reimbursements up to $750 (after 1 year)45–50 hour workweekCasual, supportive, and growth-focused environment12 weeks of hands-on training to set you up for successThis role isn’t just about running a shift—it’s about being a leader, coach, and culture driver.
