Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel – they add flavor and help hold everything together. A day in the life includes collaborating directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, helping deliver a great guest experience, setting the morale and tone, providing feedback and coaching, and opening and closing the store with little to no supervision. Our teams also take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and in keeping a safe and clean store environment. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law. Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (always preferred, but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy. Location & Pay Address: 3545 Del Mar Heights Rd Ste C9, San Diego, California 92130. Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Physical Demands Typical duties include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
