Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Support administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and documentation
• Maintain visitor logs and follow facility check-in procedures
• Assist department leaders with clerical needs as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold facility standards
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
