- Client Retention Excellence: Maintain a client retention rate of 95% by establishing long-lasting relationships through personalized service and tailored insurance solutions.
- Strategic Risk Assessment: Execute comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential exposures, ensuring optimal coverage for all business clients.
- Market Intel Analysis: Leverage industry insights to offer competitive and customizable policy solutions, staying top-of-mind in the marketplace.

- 3+ years in commercial insurance sales or brokerage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Current knowledge of insurance market trends and regulatory requirements.
