Job Summary As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, household tasks, meals, companionship, and other activities that promote the client's health, safety, comfort, and independence. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, dependable, respectful, and committed to providing high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide assistance with mobility, walking, and prescribed exercises Prepare meals and snacks according to the client's needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment Provide medication reminders and assistance with medications as permitted by the client's care plan and applicable requirements Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Assist clients with approved errands and community activities Accompany clients to medical appointments when appropriate Observe and report changes in a client's condition, needs, or behavior Follow the client's care plan and all company policies and procedures Promote client dignity, independence, privacy, and choice.
