BJC HealthCare System is seeking a Full-Time MR Technologist (Imaging) for Barnes-Jewish Hospital MRI Department! Join our brand-new Tower at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a leading academic medical center known for innovation and excellence!!!

$5,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible candidates!!!

Position Details:

• 3 Days per week!!!
• Day Shift Hours: Mon / Tues / Wed (6:30am to 7pm)
• NO CALL!!!
• Full-Time - Benefits Eligible
• 5% Advanced Modality Differential
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• Extra Holiday Pay — Earn top dollar working one of your designated holidays
• Weekend & Holiday Rotation— Just one Saturday per month, with time off during the week to recharge and additional pay for working weekend

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or MR
• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)

Preferred Qualifications:

Role Purpose:

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
