Position Summary Join Walmart as a Landscape Technician and help maintain retail store grounds and exterior areas year‑round. You will oversee landscape projects, collaborate with a team, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Mow, trim, and prune the landscape to keep the exterior environment pristine. Work with fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Adhere to strict safety, security, and integrity protocols. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels. Compensation Hourly wage range: $19.00 – $35.00, plus potential premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
