CNC Machine Operator – Will Train
Location: Cascade, IA
Pay: $21+/hr
Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am (Mon–Fri)
3rd Shift: 12:00am–7:00am (Sun–Thurs)

Advance Services is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Cascade, IA. Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Training is available.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery
Read blueprints and measurements
Inspect parts for accuracy
Load materials and adjust tooling
Perform basic machine maintenance

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Mechanical ability and attention to detail
Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance
