Position Overview

We're seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/NP) to join our Family Medicine team. In this role, you'll manage the full range of patient needs across all ages — from diagnosis and treatment to chronic disease management and preventive care. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to serving our patient population. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered setting and shares our commitment to holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries (e.g., infections, lacerations)
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
• Perform minor procedures, including suturing and joint injections
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging)
• Prescribe medications and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff in a team-based model

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program
• Current FNP-C certification (ANCC or AANP) and active Texas APRN licensure
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal
• 1+ years of family medicine experience (new graduates with strong clinical rotations welcome to apply)
• Proficiency with EHR systems and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Preferred: experience with chronic disease management or procedural skills (e.g., point-of-care ultrasound)
