Job Description

The Communications Representative will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication efforts while ensuring consistent and professional messaging across all channels. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and coordination of communication strategies and materials
Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
Support presentations, reports, and written correspondence
Coordinate meetings, events, and communication schedules
Ensure brand consistency and accuracy in all communications
Collaborate with different departments to support company initiatives
Monitor project timelines and assist with administrative communication tasks
Provide excellent customer and client support when needed
