What You’ll Do

  • Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach and calls.
  • Educate customers about roof inspections and storm damage.
  • Represent Roof Gecko with energy, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Follow our proven process and earn your Level 2 promotion — typically within 90 days.

     

What We’re Looking For

  • Raw hustle and persistence — we can teach skill, not drive.
  • Great communicator who enjoys talking with people.
  • Coachable and competitive mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

     

Compensation & Benefits
