Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Schedule: 12H Night shifts, every other weekend, and 2 holiday shifts required.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:

• Valid state license
• BLS/ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Epic experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• PALS or ENPC equivalency required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care to patients experiencing medical emergencies.
• Conduct patient assessments and triage in an emergency settings.
• Administer medications and document accuracies through electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standards of practice in the emergency department.

Compliance / Notes:

• Excessive time off will not be considered, especially around the holidays.
• Must be separated from previous employment with the facility for 6 months to be eligible.
