Maintain. Make a Difference. Bethany Life is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Linen teams. Reporting to the Administrator, this position plays a key role in keeping our campus safe, clean, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, families, and team members. What You'll Do Lead and supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Linen team members Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and work orders Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, buildings, grounds, and equipment Ensure safety, sanitation, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met Coordinate vendors, inspections, seasonal services, and emergency repairs Oversee vehicle, equipment, supply, and linen needs Support hiring, training, coaching, and team development Partner with leadership and departments to maintain a high-quality resident environment Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of maintenance/facilities-related experience preferred Supervisory or management experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Chauffeur's license/CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months Positive, professional, safety-focused attitude Summary Why Bethany Life?
