Manager, Professional Education Programs

This role develops and executes educational programs for healthcare providers and internal staff within the Surgical Medical Affairs division. Responsibilities include creating professional presentations, conducting literature reviews to ensure evidence-based content, managing regulatory submissions, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality training materials and symposia focused on cardiovascular surgical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design educational presentations for healthcare providers and internal training programs
• Conduct literature searches and identify visuals to support evidence-based content accuracy
• Manage content through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes using internal systems
• Collaborate with field teams, marketing, and stakeholders to gather inputs and deliver polished materials
• Measure program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and KOL review to drive improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8 years experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and AdvaMed standards
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Compensation: $121,000-$171,000 base (California)
