WORK YOU’LL DO

Technology Strategy & Consulting works with senior leaders to shape direction and deliver technology-enabled transformation with enduring impact. As an Analyst / Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, helping clients make sense of complexity, forming clear perspectives, and translate ideas into meaningful change.

You will be driven by curiosity, energized by complex problems, and eager to explore how emerging technologies-including AI-can be applied thoughtfully to create real business advantage. From day one, you will be exposed to senior stakeholders, intellectually demanding work, and opportunities to grow rapidly through experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to client engagements through rigorous analysis, structured thinking, and a relentless focus on insight and impact
• Break down complex, loosely defined problems into clear hypotheses, logical workstreams, and robust analytical outputs
• Research and assess technology & business trends, developing informed perspectives on how organizations can innovate, compete, and adapt
• Prepare concise, executive-ready materials that communicate complex ideas with clarity, precision, and confidence
• Work collaboratively within high-performing teams, contributing reliably while maintaining exacting standards for quality and intellectual rigour
• Engage with Digital, Data & AI initiatives, helping to explore innovative use cases, assess value potential, and understand implications for operations, risk, and governance
• Demonstrate continuous learning and curiosity-staying abreast of emerging technologies (including GenAI), evolving business models, and industry developments
• Contribute to practice development through research, knowledge assets, and support to proposals, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• 1-3 years cross-industry experience in consulting firms or big and international companies.
• Ability and willingness to travel in Greece and internationally.
• Understanding of emerging technology trends (Cloud, Big Data, API, Microservices etc) and impact on both overall enterprise architecture and operating model
• Basic knowledge of key emerging methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Design thinking) and how to use it to improve IT related department
• Experience in developing associated business cases and plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices
• Good business acumen to find the best way to support key strategic pillar with technology
• Background in Business and in IT architecture, as well as experience in business and IT collaboration. Ability to rapidly assess the IT implications of business strategy and the business implications of IT strategy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Knowledge of and passion for technology and digital trends
• Ambition and desire to shine in the newest strategic consultancy environment
• Demonstrable experience of managing teams of 3-5 people driving strategy work
