Compliance Associate

Company Overview A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate Legal & Compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced corporate attorneys and gain insight into in-house legal and compliance operations within the financial services industry. Job Responsibilities Play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the Real Estate group’s compliance program Monitor business activities for adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices Manage elements of the portfolio company compliance program, including policy development and investor disclosure support Project manage external service providers for annual compliance reports Support the development and refinement of compliance and governance policies Maintain a centralized repository of real estate compliance policies and procedures Enhance compliance workflows, reporting, and controls Collaborate cross-functionally to support regulatory filings and submissions Partner with technology stakeholders to develop automated dashboards and reporting tools Participate in the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university 3+ years of corporate experience Prior work experience in legal, financial, and/or real estate fields preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Compensation Pay Rate: $40 – $60/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
