Mid-level Trademark Attorney - New York
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its IP&T practice in New York. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience handling sophisticated trademark, copyright, unfair competition litigation matters in federal court and before the TTAB.
- Experience handling disputes involving counterfeiting, infringement, and unauthorized distribution.
- Experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
- US Copyright Office and USPTO practice preferred.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
