Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
• Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical procedures and surgical team support
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Manage and monitor specialized equipment in the CVOR setting
• Document and communicate patient status and procedural updates promptly
• Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines
