Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll for a 300+ employee manufacturing organization. This position will oversee payroll processing for hourly, salaried, and commission-based employees while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. Responsibilities: Manage payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission employees. Process payroll using ADP. Review timekeeping, overtime, PTO, deductions, bonuses, and commissions. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records. Partner with HR and management on payroll changes and employee questions. Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of payroll experience preferred. ADP experience required. Manufacturing experience required. Experience processing payroll for 300+ employees. Experience with hourly, salaried, and commission payroll. Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. Proficiency with Excel/Microsoft Office/ ADP #J-18808-Ljbffr
