Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress towards treatment goals and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide integrated support services.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and incorporate new methodologies into practice to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and those navigating significant life transitions such as divorce, loss, and chronic illness. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice clinical social work.

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical or community health setting, particularly in providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
