What You'll Do

As an EHR Specialist, you will:

• Process and review forms for electronic data entry
• Accurately enter and maintain information within multiple databases
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies in documentation
• Generate electronic reports and assist with data tracking initiatives
• Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to organize and analyze information
• Provide end-user support for Adelphoi's Electronic Health Record system
• Create training materials, user guides, manuals, and PowerPoint presentations
• Assist staff with EHR-related questions and system navigation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, preferably with business-related coursework
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an office or administrative setting
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electronic health record systems or database management
• Experience creating reports, training materials, or user documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and spreadsheets
