Automotive Sales Manager / GSM | Proven Producer Ready to Become a GM (Fort Pierce)

Automotive GSM | Proven Producer Ready to Become a GM

South Florida

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage the desk.

We’re looking for a proven automotive sales leader who wants to build a team, grow a store, develop their replacement, and earn the opportunity to become a General Manager.

If you are already successful, but feel like you’ve hit a ceiling where you are, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

At Dyer, we believe great leaders should be developing the next leader behind them. The person we hire will be expected to raise the performance of the entire sales operation, strengthen accountability and training, and help create a culture where people win together.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven automotive GSM ( Chevrolet experience preffered), or senior variable-operations leader with verifiable results
• Someone who is driven to make every reasonable deal possible
• A leader who knows how to work a deal without destroying gross, customer experience, or long-term relationships
• Strong command of lead management, CRM execution, follow-up, appointments, closing and showroom processes
• Someone who coaches and develops salespeople instead of simply managing numbers from behind a desk
• A leader who creates accountability and raises the expectations of the people around them
• Someone capable of identifying and developing their own replacement
• High integrity, even when nobody is watching
• Competitive, driven and hungry to win without sacrificing the team
• A leader who understands that culture and performance are not opposites. The best organizations have both.

The opportunity is bigger than the position.

Our intent is to find someone capable of stepping into a GSM role, making a measurable impact at the store level, building stronger people and processes, and positioning themselves for advancement into a General Manager role.

That advancement will not be handed out because of tenure or title. It will be earned through leadership, results, development of others and alignment with our culture.

At Dyer, our core values matter.

Do the Right Thing.

Perform Like a Champion.

Be a Team Player.

Have Fun.

We are a family-owned organization that wants high performers who can succeed with people, not at the expense of them.

If your idea of leadership is sitting at the tower waiting for deals to come to you, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

If you love the car business, love making deals, love developing people, expect to win, and believe you are capable of running your own dealership, we want to talk to you.
