- Shift 1: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Shift 2: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team.This role is responsible for coordinating operations, communicating withdrivers/field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to service requests
- Dispatch drivers or personnel in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor schedules and track job progress
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Handle issues or delays professionally and promptly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Prior dispatch or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Dependable and punctual
