Now Hiring: Route Sales Representative Trainee | Portland, OR
Auto-Chlor is hiring for a Route Sales Representative to come be a part of our fast-paced and even faster growing company that's been a national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 85 years!
We offer:
- Competitive pay ranging from $60,000-$65,000 annually with hourly pay at $24/hr, overtime, and on call pay.
- Extensive paid training for our Route Sales Representatives who deliver valuable service to customers every day.

What you'll get to do:
- Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
- Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
- Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
- Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers (every 8-10 weeks).
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Have a mechanical inclination.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
