Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities! New full-time hires receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. We offer shifts from 8-hr days, evenings, and nights ranging from $20.50–$26/hr, with a $3/hr benefit waiver differential for full-time and a $1/hr evening and night differential. Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered certified nursing assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
