This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology strategies, support high-impact transformation programs, and leave a lasting mark on one of the world's leading financial institutions.To be successful as a Digital Transformation and Solution Architecture - VP, you should:Design and govern secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective AWS solutions, including cloud-native architectures, disaster recovery, and enterprise integrationOversee large scale migration programs, including workload assessment, modernization, migration planning, and portfolio transformation while minimizing riskDefine long-term architecture strategy, align technology investments with business targets, and drive modernization roadmapsInfluence senior executives, present architectural recommendations, build consensus, and drive outcomes across business and technology teamsLeverage CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, observability, APIs, event-driven architecture, and platform engineering to accelerate secure modernizationOther highly valued skills include:Ensure cloud solutions meet security, regulatory, resilience, and governance requirements through partnership with Risk, Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teamsBuild business cases, optimize cloud costs, oversee technology investments, and demonstrate measurable value from modernization programsBuild and mentor high-performing architecture and engineering teams, establish standards, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.Minimum Salary: $170,000Maximum Salary: $230,000The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.
