Compensation: $74,880 – $90,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy 19-bed Emergency Department in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

This is a fast-paced environment with approximately 108 patient visits per day and a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio . The ER provides care for a wide range of conditions, including cardiac emergencies, abdominal pain, respiratory issues, strokes, trauma, and pediatric cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Assess, triage, monitor, and stabilize patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, EMTs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond effectively to emergency and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Support a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License in any state
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• BLS certification
• Emergency/ER nursing experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to start within 30 days

Additional Certifications

The following certifications are required within 6 months of hire :

• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
