Impacts Value Based Purchasing.&bull \tData collection and submission to CMS, Joint Commission and Leapfrog.&bull \tAnalyze data to recognize areas in programs for process improvement.&bull \tExemplifies and is committed to the mission and values of the organization.&bull \tAdheres to the Code of Conduct and Service Excellence expectations of the organization.&bull \tPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.
