Continuously evaluate and improve execution strategies throughout the project.Project Coordination: Serve as the primary company representative on-site. Lead progress and internal coordination meetings, ensure timely document submission, and conduct pre-activity meetings to align on scope, resources, safety, and quality requirements.Staffing & Leadership: Partner with HR to staff the project, supervise engineering personnel, mentor junior engineers, and enforce company policies across the team.Contract & Financial Oversight: Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and payment terms.
