Benefits & Leave Management Specialist
Southern States
Southern States, LLC is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage employee leave programs and support benefits compliance across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for benefits and leave vendors, overseeing leave administration, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, and disability pay coordination. You will also support 401(k), health and welfare benefits operations, premium audits, required reporting, and annual Open Enrollment to ensure an accurate and compliant #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern States
