The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing a dual-funnel marketing strategy to generate high-quality franchise buyer leads and cost-efficient homeowner service leads. This role requires the development of a robust attribution and reporting infrastructure, leveraging technology platforms to enhance franchisee unit economics, and driving organic revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with maintaining brand architecture, creative direction, and franchisee marketing, as well as leading a team through organizational transformation and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Candidates for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing experience, including at least 6 years in leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both brand and performance marketing, deep experience with full-funnel marketing and analytics platforms, and a strong background in managing large marketing budgets for ROI. Experience in franchise, multi-location, or distributed marketing models is strongly preferred, as is a background in the home services industry or related fields. The role demands a leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, board-level communication abilities, and a data-driven, yet entrepreneurial, approach to marketing.
