Assist in building HR workflows and processes for a new facility launch. Partner with leadership and operational teams to support employee needs and organizational goals. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters. Support benefits administration, employee communication, and general HR operations. Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and workplace standards. Respond promptly and professionally to urgent HR matters when needed. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful HR experience, ideally in a high‑growth, startup, healthcare, pharmacy, or operational environment. Versatility: Minimum 3 years performing diverse HR duties, including full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR administration. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport both in person and through digital communication. Soft Skills: A true self‑starter with excellent follow‑through, persistence, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. Discretion: Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment. Availability: Ability to act quickly on sensitive HR matters, occasionally outside normal business hours. Reliability: Dependable and comfortable working in a fully on‑site role. Desired Background: Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Previous experience assisting with new facility launches or office openings. A strong business or operations background.
