Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2522.20 Opportunity: RN - Medical Surgical Job Details: • Straight night shifts with every other weekend and holiday required • Acute care setting with patient ratios of 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights • May float to alike Medical Surgical and Telemetry units within the facility • Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide individualized nursing care • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues including physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care • Provide care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up • Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions • Coordinate and manage care for patients including those with complex needs • Perform age-related patient assessments and nursing interventions • Promote a safe environment for patients, families, staff, residents, and visitors • Charting system: EPIC • Dress code: Navy Blue scrubs • Trauma Level 1 facility • BSN not required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Facility: This acute care facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing comprehensive medical and surgical services to the surrounding community. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic health record system and supports a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
