You’ll get to:* Administer equity compensation programs, including processing grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.* Maintain accurate records of equity awards and transactions in internal systems and with external vendors.* Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, tax laws, and company policies related to equity compensation.* Prepare and review equity-related disclosures for financial statements and proxy filings.* Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, and tax implications.* Collaborate with HR, payroll, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of equity compensation processes.* Generate reports and conduct analysis on equity compensation data to support management decision-making.* Assist with the development and delivery of equity compensation communications and training materials for employees.* Support annual and quarterly reporting, audits, and other compliance activities related to equity plans.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
