Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a company based in La Vergne, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting efficient project staging for the manufacturing process. Pay Rate $20.00 – $22.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 730 am to 4 00 pm. Duties and Responsibilities Unload and receive materials. Match quantity and part numbers to packing lists and purchase orders. Locate and stage project material for staging carts. Prepare packing lists and process paperwork. Pack materials for shipping with weight and dimensions Match shipping documents to package for pickup. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to read and understand packing lists, BOMs, and shipping documents. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Criminal background check required.
