Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a part-time, on-site role based in Oak Hills, CA. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include managing appointments and reservations, handling incoming mail and deliveries, and maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area. The Front Desk Representative will support basic administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and coordinating with escrow team members. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a strong focus on customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including client-facing support and problem-solving. Phone etiquette and receptionist duties, such as answering calls, routing inquiries, and greeting visitors. Experience managing reservations, appointments, and schedules. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendars, and office software. Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and calm in a fast-paced environment. Prior front desk, office, or hospitality experience preferred.
