Automotive Mechanical Technician
Location: Metro Detroit, MI (Multiple Locations)
Pay: Up to $27.00/hour
We are hiring for multiple positions and locations within the Metro Detroit area. If you are an automotive technician/mechanic and/or have experience in dyno/dynamometer testing we want to hear from you!
About the Opportunity
[Confidential] is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join a vehicle service operations team in Metro Detroit. This position is ideal for an automotive professional who enjoys hands-on vehicle work, process improvement, diagnostics, and technical validation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Technical trade school or Associate degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician or related mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- ASE (A1-A8) certifications are a plus!
- Vehicle maintenance and repair
- Diagnostics and inspections
- Preventative maintenance
