Your success is measured through growing your own book of business and successfully partnering across the organization to support the growth of CFBank, NOT through widgets. You are more than a number; you are the face of the Bank and a valuable contributor to our success.You’ll focus on establishing strong connections with small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and private banking clients, while delivering highly personalized service, facilitated by direct access to decision-makers and a collaborative culture that encourages partnership across all lines of business.This position provides a distinctive opportunity to participate in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized banking solutions.
