Working alongside our senior Project Managers, you will assist with estimating, project coordination, scheduling, purchasing, job costing, and communication with field personnel and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HVAC industry experience who is looking to develop into a full Project Manager while gaining hands‑on mentorship from an experienced team. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Assist Project Managers with commercial and residential HVAC projects from award through completion Coordinate schedules with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers Track project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager Assist with scheduling manpower, deliveries, inspections, and project milestones Support field personnel by helping resolve project‑related issues Maintain organized project documentation and job files Estimating Support Assist in preparing estimates for commercial and residential HVAC projects Review project plans, specifications, and drawings Assist with material takeoffs and labor calculations Request pricing from vendors and manufacturers Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and bid documents under the direction of the Project Manager Project Administration Order project materials and equipment Coordinate permits and inspections Track project costs, purchase orders, and change orders Assist with job costing and project reporting Work closely with accounting to ensure project documentation remains accurate Maintain communication with customers, builders, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Experience 2–4 years of HVAC industry experience Previous experience in project coordination, estimating, field supervision, or HVAC operations preferred Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience required Technical Skills Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices Ability to read construction drawings and mechanical plans Experience with Microsoft Office and construction software preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Professional Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn Desire to grow into a Project Manager role Preferred Qualifications Experience assisting with HVAC estimating Knowledge of job costing and purchasing processes Experience coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and suppliers Familiarity with permitting and construction documentation Benefits Competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000 based on experience Career advancement into a Project Manager position Hands‑on mentorship from experienced Project Managers Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance available after 90 days Paid holidays after 90 days Paid vacation after one year Company events and employee recognition programs Schedule Full-Time Monday – Friday Occasional site visits as project demands require Work Location Based in Fort Myers, FL, supporting commercial and residential HVAC projects throughout Southwest Florida.
