Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities Project Planning & Design: Develop project scopes, plans, and schedules, including design specifications and material lists. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders and subcontractors. Resource Management: Manage labor, materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient project execution. Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns. Contract Administration: Manage contracts, change orders, and other administrative tasks associated with projects. Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of the project meet quality standards and adhere to industry codes and regulations. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is conducted in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to safety regulations. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
