Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description

Perform Liquid Penetrant (LPI) and Magnetic Particle (MPI) inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. This role works closely with the Quality team and follows established testing procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform LPI and MPI inspections on castings, forgings, and metal components.
• Identify defects such as cracks, corrosion, and other discontinuities.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment.
• Interpret inspection results in accordance with codes and specifications.
• Document findings and complete inspection reports.
• Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and housekeeping.

Work Environment

1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Combination of office and shop floor environments with regular involvement in production areas including coating, finishing, and inspection.

This is a Permanent position based out of Loves Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
