About the Role We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Real Estate team, with a focus on Land Use and Development. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside a well-established group serving a diverse client base. What You’ll Do Draft and negotiate a broad range of real estate and development documents, including: Purchase and Sale Agreements (land and lot) Loan documents Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) Easements and development agreements Construction contracts and cost-sharing agreements Partner with clients to support commercial and residential development projects across the Carolinas Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices What We’re Looking For At least 7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on land use and development Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transactional matters A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects Education Juris Doctorate or better. Experience Preferred: 7-10 years prior land use and development real estate attorney experience.
